Evaporator
The Plate type Evaporator is a three-effect evaporation system designed for juice concentration, like coconut water concentration. The system uses steam for heating and cooling water from cooling tower. The whole system uses stainless steel, which is a complete evaporation/concentration system completed with internal piping/valves, fittings, instruments, pumps, vacuum pump and automatic controls.
