WZS Series Three-effect external cycling type vacuum concentrator (alcohol can be recovered)
The concentrator can be applied to the concentration of solvent in the fields of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, glucose, starch, oral liquid, foodstuff and etc, especially the vacuum concentration of some heat-sensitive materials under the low temperature. Users can select different types of concentrator according to characteristics of various raw materials.
Characteristics and purposes:
Excellent energy-saving advantage: If calculation is done based on the WZII1000 model, users can save about 5,400 tons of vapor, 140,000 tons of water and 130,000 kwh of power per annum, compared with the WZ1000 type－Single-effect external cycling type evaporator.
The concentrator features a combination of external heating recycling and vacuum negative pressure evaporation, with rapid evaporation speed and great concentration ratio at 1.2~1.3.
A three-effect simultaneous evaporation system is adopted for this concentrator. And secondary steam can be utilized again and again, which saves the investment on the boiler as well as the energy consumption. All these benefits result in great energy conservation, which can be best represented by a 70 percent deduction of the energy consumption compared with those single-effect concentrators.
The device features operation of multiple-functions: (1) One-effect, two-effect and three-effect can get pasty materials by combining to each other repeatedly; (2) It can be operated by either batch feed or continuous feed.
All the parts in contact with media are made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard. The heater and the evaporator of this device are all completed with insulation using the stainless steel cladding, which makes the whole equipment to be laid out reasonably and beautifully from the outside appearance.
